Kanaka Kitchen will be hosting our first cooking class. This is a full-day hands-on experience where you will learn how to cook multiple dishes using Hawaiian ingredients. The class will be conducted in ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi (Hawaiian Language) with enough speakers around to help those still learning. So mai hilahila, donʻt be shy! Learn how to make food like lūʻau risotto for your ʻohana.
